The speakers at our Worship Service on Sunday referred to the G.O.S.P.E.L. acronym as a way for them to share the gospel message in a succinct way. Kason, Tristan and Jeff each referenced it as a tool they learned and used when talking with friends, co-workers and others.
The G.O.S.P.E.L. acronym used by Lead THE Cause (a ministry of Dare 2 Share) is a simple, memorable way to help students and believers share the message of Jesus clearly and effectively. It lays out the story of salvation in a logical, easy-to-understand way, especially for those unfamiliar with the Bible.
Why This Tool Works:
• It’s easy to memorize and explain to others.
• It keeps the focus on God's story, not just personal opinion.
• It provides a clear, biblical gospel message from start to finish.
• It naturally leads to a call to action: to believe and trust in Christ.
If you would like to practice sharing your faith using the G.O.S.P.E.L. acronym, we encourage you to practice with your small group or Bible Study. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to the church office and a pastor or elder will follow up with you.
